Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the distance it is being shipped.

*Due to the Coronavirus, there may be times where additional processing/shipping time is needed.

Most products are shipped within one business day of placing the order. Custom & personalized product orders leave the warehouse within 2 - 4 business days of payment.
You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

The majority of orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the original order date.

Depending on your location, it can take up to 5 days to deliver.

We are so sorry to hear that! Our team makes every effort to provide a great experience for you and to get it right the first time. If something did not meet your expectations, please contact us right away so we can make it right for you.

Changed your mind? Not what you expected? Damaged item? Not to worry! It is simple to make returns. We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

All of our products are shipped from US based suppliers.

If you didn’t receive a tracking number yet, just send us an email support@stylehalo.com and our customer service team will get back to you with your tracking number.

Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email support@stylehalo.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Shipping times take between 4 and 8 business days. Keep in mind that personalized products might take up to an additional 2 - 4 business days to be created.
